Monthly SPRC VE Exams

American Radio Relay League (ARRL-VEC)
In-person exam using ExamTools software. Location is the Galilee Lutheran Church in Roseville, MN.
Exam team will provide electronic tablets to conduct the exam(s). The ExamTools application has a built-in calculator, if needed.
Candidates should arrive at the church by 8:45am. Park on the north side of the church in the upper parking lot and enter via the double doors. Wait in the lobby direcly inside until the VE team escorts you into the exam room.
$15 exam fee ($5 for under age 18) via cash (exact change preferred) or check made out to ARRL/VEC will be collected on exam day.
Candidates will be asked to provide a photo ID. Students may provide a student ID and should be accompanied by an adult.
Candidates taking a license upgrade exam will need to bring the Official Copy of their existing license. This is NOT the Reference copy. https://www.arrl.org/obtain-license-copy
