Notes from the team:
In-person exam using ExamTools software. Location is the annual North Star Radio Convention held at Hennepin Technical College in Brooklyn Park, MN.
Exam team will provide electronic tablets to conduct the exam(s).
Candidates need to arrive at the school by 7:45am and follow the signs inside to the exam room.
$15 exam fee ($5 for under age 18) via cash (exact change preferred) or check made out to ARRL/VEC will be collected on exam day.
Candidates will need to provide a photo ID. Students can provide a student ID and should be accompanied by an adult.
Candidates taking a license upgrade exam will need to bring the Official Copy of their existing license. This is NOT the Reference copy.
