AUG 20 Testing

VEC Testing Fee: $15, cash only, collected at the beginning or the testing session If you are taking the Technician or General Class exam and pass it, you will be able to take the next class test at no charge. Should you fail the test and want to take another version of it, you will be charged another $15.00 test fee. There is a reduced fee for candidates younger than 18-years old.

What to do before the exam session?

1. Create an FCC FRN account, if you do not already have one.
2. Preregister for the exam in https://hamstudy.org/sessions by the Wednesday before the testing session date.

4. Copy of current license, if any.

This session is an on-site, online testing session. You will be provided with a laptop or tablet for the session, or you may bring your fully charged Laptop, iPad or Tablet with an 8-inch or larger screen and a browser app installed. Examiners may inspect your device to verify the integrity of the exam.
