【第15回臨時試験予定】

○日時： 2026年8月29日（土）10:00～17:00 （WALK-IN可）

○場所：　Ariake GYM-EX ハムフェア2026 クラブブース「x-xx」

○試験時間の割り当てについて：

• 当日の試験時間は、1エレメントにつき1時間を割り当てます。

• 申込み完了後、希望時間の確認メールをお送りしますので、回答をお願いします。

○当日持参が必要なもの：

①有効な受験者本人のパスポート原本または米国内の公的な身分証明書 （米国の運転免許等） 英語の表記の名前、写真とサインがあるもの

②筆記用具（ＨＢまたはＨＢより濃い鉛筆・シャープペン、消しゴム、黒のボールペン）

③受験料（2400円または15ドル）

④電卓（必要な方のみ。メモリーを全消去出来る物であれば使用可能。）

⑤WEBにアクセスできるスマホまたはパソコン

○その他：

• 当日中の再受験は、時間に空きがあれば受験可能です。

• ハムフェア2026会場への入場は有料です。入場料は、ご自身で負担ください。

• 少し騒がしい環境での試験実施となりますので、ご了解の上で申し込みください。

=> The exam place is "Ariake GYM-EX" near the Ariake-tennis-no-mroi station of Yurikamome-line or the Kokusai-tenjijo satation of Rinkai line.

Testing will be conducted at club booth x-xx within Ham Fair 2026.

=> The exam session will start at 10:00 on Aug 29th. The end time is 17:00.

=> Exam Time:

• One hour will be allocated to each element during the exam.

• Please reply to the confirmation email, we will send you after your application to indicate your preferred exam time.

=> Please bring following items.

A) Photo ID (passport, driver’s license in USA, etc.)  
B) Pencil (HB or B), Ballpoint pen and Eraser
C) Examination fee 15USD or 2400JPY
D) Calculator (if need)
E) Smart Phone or Personel Computer
