Exam fee is $14 requested at the test session in Cash please. NEW FCC APPLICATION FEE: Effective 19 March, 2022 the FCC was implenting a new $35 application fee for all amateur license applications. This is in addition to the $14 fee the VEC charges. WE will collect the $14 VEC fee at the time of the exam. You will pay the new $35 FCC application directly to the FCC. Once you pass your exam and we send your paperwork to the FCC, the FCC will send you an email with instructions on how to pay the $35 fee at their ULS website. I recommend you take plenty of practice exams ahead of time. Hamstudy.Org "Study Mode" is a good way to prepare for the exam.
