Eastern Oregon Test Session

This is a in person, paper test being held in La Grande Oregon.

The exam will be held at 1101 Adams Ave. The access door is on Chestnut Street. If you are having trouble locating the door, please call 541-910-2784.

There will be no walk ins. Everyone that wants to take an exam must register here ahead of time.

You must have a FCC generated FRN number. You can do this by visiting the FCC

Please remember to bring Photo ID to the session.

If you currently hold a FCC issued Amatuer licence, please bring a copy as well. You can get a copy by visiting the FCC ULS System

New applicants will pay the $15 exam session fee to the ARRL VE team as usual.

We would prefer cash, but check can be accepted. No debet or credit cards.

Once you pass your exam you will recieve an email to pay the $35 application fee directly to the FCC by using the CORES Payer FRN System (easier to use) or the CORES FRN Registration system (CORES - Login). CORES payment system information.
