Monday Eve GLAARG Session
Please Note for applicants seeking a new license, the FCC is now charging a $35.00 fee. GLAARG does not collect this fee. If you pass, your exam results are submitted to the FCC and when the FCC is ready to process your application, it will send an email to the email address used to register for the exam. You have ten (10) days to pay this fee or after ten days the application will be dismissed without prejudice. Your results can be resubmitted but it's best to pay within the ten day framework since presently there is no info on how the FCC will deal with resubmissions. It would appear that License Class upgrades will not trigger a $35 fee from the FCC! Exam fees, which are separate from the FCC fees, are waived for minors 17 years and under, students below age 25 with a current ID, Active Duty Miltary, Veterans or GLAARG VEs upgrading to Extra. All others are $10 via Pay Pal.
Please Register for this session, then email n8blk@arrl.net if you qualify for a fee waiver or if not eligible for a waiver, pay immediately via PayPal using the following link:
You can pay via PayPal immediately by clicking on the following link, selecting N8BLK on the pull down menu on the top, adding your name and the session number 6249. https://glaarg.org/payments/ If you do not use said link unless you detail in an email why you qualify for a waiver, an invoice from PayPal will be sent.
All classes of exams offered in this order: Technician, General, Amateur Extra. Please make sure that you study for the correct exam. This session is for the exam only and not for any prep course.

ZOOM session invite and communications will be sent to the email used to register. The fee must be paid or an email submitted requesting the waiving of fees immediately after registration or slot may be released for someone else.
